My passion is innovative formats with which I invite other insights, new insights or simply “shifts in the head and in the heart”. When progress is threatened, an open, different dialogue is necessary, whether it’s a “Magic Round Table” or a systemic visualization. Using these methods, Kirsi and I work well together – she is always an inspiration with incredible energy for beneficial transformation.

Besides these cooperation and communication techniques, I have initiated several competitions to bring “the new into the world”: Sprungbrett (Verband Internet Reisevertrieb, VIR), Innovation Challenge (International Federation for Information Technologies and Travel & Tourism, IFITT) and the Social Entrepreneurship Competition in Tourism have already triggered many new initiatives and developments. I am pleased to be able to contribute to the shaping of new things to come here in the network as well.
